Shipping policy

Welcome to THINKER CRAFT SDN BHD. By placing an order on our website, you enter into a legally binding sales contract with us. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Contract & Applicable Law
  • These Terms form the sales agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Thinker Craft Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “us”).
  • All transactions are governed by Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
  • We ensure that product information, pricing, and charges on our website are accurate and transparent. If additional service fees apply, they will always be confirmed with you before the order is finalized.

  1. Order Process
  • Customers must confirm all enquiries (e.g., product details, measurements, color options) before placing an order.
  • Once payment is made, the order is considered final. If you provided incorrect details (e.g., wrong address, payment errors), you are responsible for any cancellation or re-ordering, subject to our Refund Policy.
  • After payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 1–2 working days. We then hand over parcels to J&T Cargo on the same working day.
  • Estimated delivery:
    • West Malaysia (ready stock): 3–5 working days
    • During peak seasons (public holidays, double-date sales, payday sales, festivals), delivery may take up to 14 working days due to courier hub congestion (PJ & KL branches).

  1. Delivery Terms
  • We currently deliver only to West Malaysia. Orders to East Malaysia are not available at this time.
  • Delivery is handled by J&T Cargo. In case of disputes (e.g., delivery delays, failed attempts), J&T Cargo’s official records and tracking updates will be the final reference.
  • Delivery SOP:
    • J&T Cargo riders will contact you before delivery.
    • For items under 80kg, delivery staff are required to carry items via lift up to your front door (FOC). If this service is not provided, contact us and we will coordinate with the branch manager.
    • J&T Cargo staff are not responsible for carrying items inside your house. Any such arrangements are strictly between you and the delivery staff.
    • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address within 3–5 working days. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.

  1. Assembly Instructions
  • Our furniture is self-assembly only.
  • We provide electronic manuals and assembly videos to assist you.
  • On-site installation service is not provided at this time.

  1. Damaged or Missing Items
  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery (based on J&T Cargo tracking status).
  • Please send clear photos/videos and your order number via WhatsApp (+6017-615 0600).
  • Our team will review and advise case by case. Please also refer to our Warranty Policy and Refund & Return Policy for further details.

  1. Order Tracking
  • A tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
  • Customers may track delivery status directly on the J&T Cargo website.

  1. Address Changes
  • To change your delivery address, contact us before shipment.
  • Once an order is dispatched, any redirection may incur fees or cause delays.

  1. Customer Responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate order information before checkout.
  • Any cancellation or change after checkout is subject to our Refund Policy, including applicable penalties.
  • We do not accept unconditional returns or refunds.

  1. Agreement
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Purchase. These Terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient shopping experience for both you and us.
